“Curiosity about life in all of its aspects, I think, is still the secret of great creative people” – Leo Burnett
Curious is a word that comes to mind when I try to describe myself. Curious about the world we live in and the world(s) we imagine for ourselves.
Kelly in Hali is a love letter to my curiosity. A place for me to share my thoughts. A place to expel my creativity when it’s overflowing. And a place to ignore, when life gets too busy.
I married my best friend, Aaron, in 2012. I have two cats, Mumble and Chubs, and one pup, Brody.
I like to read YA fiction, mostly dystopian and science fiction, but I’m open to most genres. I’m an avid Pokemon player – both handheld and on console(s). I have a BA in Philosophy from Dalhousie and work for a Human Capital Management company.
I love reality TV and RuPaul’s Drag Race. My Macbook is Rose Gold, as are the accents in my living room. I start more projects than I finish. I’m impulsive.
iPhone over Android. Pepsi over Coke. Grey’s Anatomy over everything else.
Lastly, if you’ve made it this far, thank you!
